+ If a payment fails at the terminal but the amount is debited from the cardholder's account, what happens?
In such a case, you don’t need to worry. These issues happen sometimes due to network lags. The amount is held back by your bank but will get credited back to your bank account in 48-72 business hours. However, if the amount doesn’t reflect in your bank account after 72 hours, we can help! T360 will send out a research request to ensure that the card holder gets refunded.
+ Can I accept a foreign credit card at my payment terminal?
Yes! Nowadays payment terminals support Dynamic currency conversion (DCC) which lets one pay in cardholder’s preferred currency (CPC). DCC is used worldwide by travelers, expats, and immigrants to pay in their own currency rather than paying in the currency of the country of stay.
+ How secure are payment terminals?
Payment terminals use strong encryption to send and receive information about transactions. In addition to this, some payment terminals have biometric authentication which adds to the security. Doing cashless transactions on payment terminals is more secure than hard cash transactions as payment terminals record the transaction digitally. No. T360 Pay will not be raising the processing rate, however, the interchange rates may change as new card types are added by the major card brands such as: VISA, Mastercard, Amex. This is across the industry and not controlled by T360Pay.
+ What is the cancellation penalty?
There are absolutely no cancellation fees to cancel your account with T360** **Processing companies may have their own cancellation fees depending on the company and ownership type you chose for the terminal.
+ How long is the application approval process?
If we receive a fully completed application along with all supporting documents your request will be processed within 24-48 hours.
+ When I get my new terminal, is it ready for immediate use?
Depending on the terminal that's best suited for you, it will either be ready for immediate use or ready to be activated and customized. Activation and customization can be assisted through T360Pay.
+ hen will my funds be deposited?
Depending when you settle/close your batch, the money will be deposited the next business day. We can work with you to set up your terminal to ensure next day funding.
